Scammers. Walked in approved for a loan from the local credit union then find out a month later they swapped the loan provider without telling us wich resulted in us owing 13k on a 5k used vehicle from 2015. Never going to this place again. I work for triple A so I will recommend to any of my members looking for a new car to avoid this place like the plague.
After using Kia roadside assistance, my Telluride had to be towed to this service company because they were the closest. This was on a Sunday morning. I called first thing Monday morning to 1. make sure the car was there and 2. Get and estimate on when I would be able to pick it up.

My car is not drivable due to a malfunction and recall with Kia’s manufacturing. My entire engine has to be replaced which is covered under Kia’s lifetime warranty. However this dealer promised a loaner car while my car undergoes repairs, but after 7 days has done nothing to accommodate my issue. Our buying experience was great. However, 3 months later our vehicle completely shut down due to engine failure. This is a newer vehicle that came with what they will tell everyone, an "excellent extended warranty." One reason we went with Kia was because of this so called "great warranty". Excellent staff, excellent service, and fantastic vehicles! We bought a Sorento 3 years ago and love it so much and had such great maintaince at Cartown KIA that we just bought a Niro.
Did not honor the price they agreed to and signed off on. Finance Director withheld breakdown of costs from me (he gave me a USB drive with documents, even though he was sending docs to his printer), so I didn't see an unauthorized charge for about $600 that I was never informed of when I made the deal, which was only supposed to add taxes, title and license. I asked for refund of unauthorized charge but was refused. Be prepared to pay surprise add-on costs if you want to do business here.
Everyone is always very nice and helpful. I was there for an oil change and it never takes long.
I had both good and bad experiences when I purchased a used car in May 2024. I got a car I like, and the people on staff were pleasant. They sent me home with the purchase contract on a flash drive, which I could not get to work. I went back a month or so later and asked them to print the information on the flash drive. They did so. We came to look at a forte GT-Line which we saw online. It was small and difficult to enter and exit. Chris persuaded us to try the soul. Despite not caring for it's appearance it was functional, easier to enter and exit and surprisingly well equipped.
Always professional, fast and clean. Im always treated with respect and given quality service with plenty of timely feedback.

We purchased our Kia Sedona at Cartown Kia in Nicholasville. Ever since we have had it we have only had it serviced with them. They are ver pleasant to deal with and they take care of our service needs at our regular oil changes, recalls or any service needed. They usually complete the service with a courtesy car wash which I love.

For more than ten years I have been coming to Car Town KIA in Nicholasville. They always treat me well. They are thorough when going over the routine service with me. They are also quite helpful in advising me when best to replace tires, belts and such. This visit was no exception. They were quick to perform the routine oil change and other service and returned my car to me cleaner and shinier than when I pulled in. I look forward to coming here for many more years.

This is one of the worst dealerships I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. The service department is abysmal. They have no communication skills. Their technicians and advisors have no idea what they’re doing. Whoever responds to their countless one star reviews uses the same generic response over and over. They will not reply to your e-mails or phone calls. Do not shop or get service here. You will regret it. We have a 2022 Kia and every time we’ve had it at this dealer it has been a fiasco. Pencil wipped multipoint inspection. Nothing to report, I was told (all green). But driver side front turn signal out and battery terminals corroded.Were my breaks or anything else even checked? will never know.

Making the appointment took a bit of work, but once that was done the service department took care of the car quickly and efficiently while I waited. They finished sooner than expected, which was pleasant.
Our first experience with this business, and it is the worst I have ever seen. They have had our car for 10 days at this point. There was a software problem with diagnostic and ordering parts at first; we were patient. The part arrived 3 days ago, and was supposed to be installed that day, but we are still awaiting the car and/or any response to texts and calls. Will avoid this business at all cost and will warn friends and family to go elsewhere.

I bought my car there and I love it. The service was ok. I had to have my transmission replaced but I made an appointment for diagnostics and a full 54000 mile check. I didn’t hear back from them at all for almost a week. I had to call several times to find out about the transmission. They got it done in a few days after I called. I only got an oil change instead of the full check over though that I had the appointment for. Idk if they just didn’t want to do anymore or what.
